BIZARC Cloud servers come with a suite of 'core' Virtual Server templates with pre-configured software already installed. If the app you want isn't there? No problem you can install and run any program you want to as long as it can be run on Windows or Linx machines within the capacity you are subscribing to.
How quickly can I get started?
Moving onto the BIZARC cloud takes no time. We simply copy all your existing file and e-mail data up into the Cloud (this time is dictated by data volumes) and select the VPS template that has the programs you use already installed. Simply place your order and a dedicated migration specialist will have your IT up and running in less than 24 hours (Guaranteed in 48Hrs).
What do i do with my existing IT set up?
After getting on the BIZARC cloud all you need are your PC’s and the existing Internet connection and nothing else! All the complex hardware, systems architecture and applications are run by us so you can unplug your old servers and networking gear because it is now obsolete. Don't worry though this need not be a dead investment, just let us know you want to sell it and our legacy equipment partners will contact you and arrange to buy your old equipment - hassle free.
Does the Cloud run as quickly as my IT does now?
Yes. In fact in most cases it will run faster than you have experienced before thanks to the latest Hyper-V technology from Microsoft.
How secure is my data?
Totally, in fact most likely more so than you have now. Our Cloud security protocols and back up procedure means you're automatically protected from theft, fire, flood and other 'Disasters'. In addition, we run Microsoft Internet Security & Acceleration Servers to guarantee protection from Virus, Spam and other malicious attacks.
How often is my data backed up and how long do you keep it for?
All customer data and e-mail is backed up daily and kept for a minimum of 30 days, so you can roll back saved versions to recover any lost or corrupted files.
Is the Cloud adaptable to my needs if they change?
Yup without a doubt. Our platform will scale to any requirement your business may have whether is data storage, active directory users, mailboxes or new software applications. We promise to always guide you through any changes you need, offer you an exact technical fit and never knowingly oversell!
How much space can I get?
As much as you like. Each Cloud account is subscribed to with a minimum initial allocation of 25 Gigabyte (GB) for E-Mail and files (increases with the package bought). Don't worry though you can increase this space 'on-demand' using our advanced hosting control panel and virtual machine manager.
Is there a limit on the number of email addresses can I have?
Not with POP, IMAP and Webmail. Each account comes with unlimited mailboxes (email accounts) and unlimited aliases for each domain managed so your business can present that professional feel of departmental email accounts and personalised mailboxes. Do you need more than webmail? No problem. For greater management and collaboration why not subscribe to our industry leading Microsoft Exchange service and experience all the benefits of your own dedicated mailserver.
Do we get to keep existing email data and addresses?
Absolutely. Provided the domain is registered in your name we can help you organise a transfer to us or to update the records (if your domain registrar has a half decent control panel).
What is offered with standard support?

How long do I have to sign up for?
There is no 'contract' as such to sign and no minimum period for using the Cloud you simply pay monthly in advance.
